Donor Services Officer (Donor Relations)

Overall Objective:

  • To assist supervisor to develop and maintain Donor Portal and to generate data for digital communication with sponsors.
  • To monitor quality and schedule of rich media content submitted by field offices.
  • To communicate with overseas offices on production and delivery matters of child reports.
  • To support section, department and corporate functions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To assist supervisor to develop and maintain Donor Portal and to generate data for digital communication with sponsors
  • To monitor quality and schedule of rich media content submitted by field offices
  • To communicate with overseas offices on production and delivery matters of child reports
  • To support section, department and corporate functions

Other Responsibilities:

  • To support ad hoc projects/tasks
  • To perform other appropriate duties as assigned by supervisors

Key Requirements:

  • Degree holder in communications, social science or translation/language-based discipline
  • At least 3 years of working experience in communication or related fields
  • Proficiency in written Chinese and English
  • Good command in MS Word and Excel
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-minded and able to work independently
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Donor Services Officer
