Donor Services Officer (Donor Relations)

Overall Objective:

To assist supervisor to develop and maintain Donor Portal and to generate data for digital communication with sponsors.
To monitor quality and schedule of rich media content submitted by field offices.
To communicate with overseas offices on production and delivery matters of child reports.
To support section, department and corporate functions.

Job Responsibilities:

To assist supervisor to develop and maintain Donor Portal and to generate data for digital communication with sponsors

Other Responsibilities:

To support ad hoc projects/tasks
To perform other appropriate duties as assigned by supervisors

Key Requirements:

Degree holder in communications, social science or translation/language-based discipline
At least 3 years of working experience in communication or related fields
Proficiency in written Chinese and English
Good command in MS Word and Excel
Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-minded and able to work independently
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Donor Services Officer
