Senior Resource Development Officer (5-month contract)

Job Responsibilities:

• Research and identify prospective corporate, major donors, and foundations
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with both existing and prospective donors
• Monitor and report to funders on progress to improve donors journey and retention
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations and proposals, as well as digital contents
• Other duties as necessary

Job Requirements:

• 3-6 years work experience with degree in Sales & Marketing, or relevant disciplines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with proven interaction experience to senior executives and business leaders
• Preferably with events management, & fundraising experience in an NGO setting
• Knowledge and understanding of the latest ESG reporting development
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills & good command of both English and Chinese languages, including Cantonese, and Putonghua
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing
