Senior System Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Gather and analyze system requirements from stakeholders.
  2. Design and develop efficient system solutions.
  3. Coordinate and manage system implementation projects.
  4. Lead a team of system analysts and developers.
  5. Ensure system integrity and security.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and incidents.
  7. Document system specifications and train end-users.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in system analysis and design and strong knowledge of system development methodologies and best practices.
  3. Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP and C# and database management systems and SQL and familiarity with enterprise-level systems, such as ERP or CRM.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  5. Ability to lead and mentor a team of system analysts and developers and Proven experience in project management and delivery.
  6. Knowledge of security protocols and data protection regulations.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  8. Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with emerging technologies and trends.
